It is with great sadness that we learned yesterday 13/01/15 of the passing of Sir Jack Hayward OBE, at the age of 91. In 1969, Sir Jack bought Lundy for £150,000 and gave it to the National Trust who leased it to the Landmark Trust and who continue to manage it today.
