A message from our Director
“As Landmark’s Director I am acutely aware of the importance of our Patrons.
I love meeting Patrons each year at our annual lunch and hearing their views on our plans and the future of the charity. The committed support of this group of donors is the lifeblood of Landmark, and we quite simply couldn’t go on rescuing buildings without them. Thanks to their invaluable philanthropic support, Landmark is able to take on new challenges every year.
I therefore hope you will consider supporting Landmark as a Patron and I look forward to welcoming you to the scheme.”
Dr Anna Keay OBE, Director

About the benefits
Your support as a Friend includes a benefits value (the estimated cost including VAT of delivering your Friends benefits). These benefits can be purchased separately at the same cost, and any amount given over and above the benefits value is given freely as a donation to our work. The part of your payment that relates to benefits cannot be treated as a charitable donation. It is, therefore, not eligible for Gift Aid and cannot be paid via CAF or a charitable foundation. The remainder of your payment, as a donation, does not carry a VAT charge, may be paid via CAF and is eligible for Gift Aid.
We are especially grateful to all those Friends who choose to give this voluntary donation to support our work. The benefits value vs suggested voluntary donation splits are as follows:
- Annual Individual Friend: Benefits £48 inc. VAT / Suggested Donation £40 +
- Annual Joint Friends: Benefits £53 inc. VAT / Suggested Donation £79 +
To discuss purchasing benefits separately please contact the Development Office on 01628 512140. The Landmark Trust reserves the right to vary the benefits of this scheme from time to time, having given due notice, in writing, to all members.
