Creating time to switch off from daily pressures is a great way to counteract the stresses of daily life, and Landmarks are the perfect places to relax and reset.

None of our buildings has Wi-Fi or television so they create time and space for other pursuits, whether that's reading, making a log fire, playing games with friends and family or plotting a walk with an OS map. After the hustle and bustle of the festive period, why not get some calming holiday inspiration from our digital detox picks below.

A sense of tranquillity

Jeanette and her husband Andrew enjoyed their 'mini-moon' at Castle Bungalow, our Landmark in North Devon. Castle Bungalow overlooks the dramatic cliffs, with Lundy on the horizon. It is a wonderful Landmark for wide spaces and perfect isolation.

Gabriel spent the weekend with family at our Landmark The Old Hall in Somerset, photographing the beautiful design features. There are so many architectural and design points to discover our Landmarks, such as The Old Hall's incredible ceiling.
