Terms and conditions

  1. The offer applies to new confirmed bookings made from 1 July 2024 to 27 December 2024.
  2. The discount is applied to stays ending on or before 3 January 2025. Holidays starting before 3 January 2025 and ending after this date, will need to call booking enquiries in order to make the booking and will receive a discount only on the proportion of the stay up to 2 January 2025.
  3. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or concession.
  4. This offer is not valid for Lundy properties.
  5. This offer is not valid for properties we manage for others or that we operate in conjunction with FAI: Calveley Old Hall, Collegehill House, Gargunnock House, The Georgian House, Hole Cottage, Oxenford Gatehouse, Piazza di Spagna, Rosslyn Castle, Mansarda del Frutteto, Mansarda del Vigneto, Casa de Mar.
  6. In all other respects, our standard Booking Conditions apply.
