1. The offer applies to new confirmed bookings and cannot be applied retrospectively.
2. The discount is applied to stays with arival dates between 2 December 2024 and 30 December 2024. Holidays ending after 3 January 2025 will need to call booking enquiries in order to make the booking and will receive a discount only on the proportion of the stay covered in the offer.
3. The discount is applicable to the original price of the stay. 
4. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or concession.
5. This offer is not valid for the following properties: Casa de Mar, Collegehill House, Gargunnock House, The Georgian House, Hole Cottage, Mansarda del Frutteto, Mansarda del Vigneto, Oxenford Gatehouse, Piazza di Spagna, Rosslyn Castle.
