  1. This offer applies to new bookings for stays starting between January 1 and 31 December 2025. Holidays starting before 31 December 2025 and ending after this date will need to call booking enquiries in order to make the booking and will receive a discount only on the proportion of the stay up to this date.
  2. The discount cannot be applied on existing bookings i.e. those already made.
  3. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or concession.
  4. This offer is not valid for Lundy properties.
  5. This offer is not valid for properties we manage for others or that we operate in conjunction with FAI: Collegehill House, Gargunnock House, The Georgian House, Hole Cottage, Oxenford Gatehouse, Piazza di Spagna, Rosslyn Castle, Mansarda del Frutteto, Mansarda del Vigneto, Casa de Mar.
