Terms and conditions

  1. The offer applies to new confirmed bookings made between 1 September and 1 January 2025.
  2. The discount is applied to stays ending on or before 22 December 2025. Holidays starting before 23 December 2025 and ending after this date, will need to call booking enquiries in order to make the booking and will receive a discount only on the proportion of the stay up to 22 December.
  3. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or concession.
  4. This offer is not valid for Lundy properties.
  5. This offer is not valid for properties we manage for others or that we operate in conjunction with FAI: Collegehill House, Gargunnock House, The Georgian House, Hole Cottage, Oxenford Gatehouse, Piazza di Spagna, Rosslyn Castle, Mansarda del Frutteto, Mansarda del Vigneto, Casa de Mar.
