The Landmark Trust is a building conservation charity. Your support by attending our events and making a donation allows us to continue to save buildings at risk and continue to look after those already in our care. Your donation could help train the craftspeople needed to restore buildings like this, or it could offer opportunities to young people to experience history first-hand, through free stays for study groups or offer a break from everyday life for a young carer through our 50 for Free scheme .

As a charity, the Landmark Trust relies on donations to support our work. Generous individuals like you have helped Landmark rescue over 200 historic buildings in danger of being lost forever and make them available for all to experience and enjoy.

Thank you for your support!

Accessibility

Calverley Old Hall has been designed to be as accessible as possible, although it is still a historic building with restrictions and is therefore not accessible to those with limited mobility or certain disabilities. There is level access to the main front door, the pathway from the road is a combination of gravel and paving slabs.

In the Landmark, a lift is available providing access to all floors. The first floor is unsuitable for non-ambulant guests because the lift does not operate in the event of a fire. Visitors must make sure they can always evacuate themselves safely via the stairs. If you require lift access, please let us know via the registration on Eventbrite. On the day, please alert the tour leaders on arrival who will be happy to direct you towards lift access.

In the Community Space there is level access throughout, with a small 2cm metal ridge across the threshold of the external doorway.

Please consult our Access Guides for further information about access in the Landmark and in the Community Space.

We do all we can to enable access wherever possible. If you have any access concerns that you’d like to discuss before visiting, please contact our Booking Enquiries team on 01628 825925 or [email protected]. The Booking Office is open Mon to Fri - 9am to 5pm.
